What is Watcherr?
Watcherr is a safety and security monitoring solution based on a smartwatch using wireless connectivity and mobile technology with location tracking, manual alarms via a panic button, and automatic man-down/no motion alarms.
Two-way SIM voice communication between the wearer and an emergency alarm centre is possible. This direct communication channel can provide reassurance and clear instructions during emergency situations.

How it works
Panic Button
When a wearer is in distress, a panic alarm can be easily activated by pressing and holding the red button on the Watcherr Pro.
Once activated, the alarm operator can dial into the device and the smartwatch automatically accepts the call. If the operator does not deem the situation to be safe, further instructions are carried out (such as notifying contact persons and/or emergency services).
Man-Down Automatic Alarm
Our man-down automatic alarm will trigger a warning after an impact and 30s of zero-movement. To activate the man-down alarm: smartwatch to suffer an impact and detect 0 movement for 30 seconds. After 30s of zero-movement, a warning alarm will sound. If there is still no movement after another 30 seconds, the man-down functionality will trigger an alarm to the alert centre who can call the wearer during the alarm. If the wearer is in distress, further instructions are carried out (call contact person and/emergency services). The man-down functionality will be disabled while charging, and after charging until the smartwatch has sensed motion for 5 seconds.
Man-Down Automatic Alarm
The smartwatch automatically activates the ‘man down’ upon impact. After an impact and 30 seconds of no movement, the smartwatch will automatically activate a warning sound. If there is still no movement after another 10 seconds, the ‘no movement’ alarm will be activated, providing a different sound and message on the display.
Once activated, the alarm operator can dial into the device and the smartwatch automatically accepts the call. If the operator does not deem the wearer’s situation to be safe, further instructions are carried out (such as notifying contact persons and/or emergency services).
No Movement Automatic Alarm
When no movement is detected for 30 seconds, the smartwatch raises a warning sound. If there is still no movement after another 10 seconds, the ‘no movement’ alarm will be activated, providing a different sound and message on the display.
Once the alarm is activated, the alarm operator can dial into the device and the smartwatch automatically accepts the call. If the operator does not deem the wearer’s situation to be safe, further instructions are carried out (such as notifying contact persons and/or emergency services).
